Will we be able to play golf?
No, with your stay at the Ocean Residences, you and your family will only have access to the amenities of our private Beach Club, which does not include the Clubhouse, our Fazio golf courses, or any other Querencia’s Club amenities.
Will we be able to use the restaurants on site at Querencia?
The Beach Club has four oceanfront dining venues for you to enjoy during your stay including: La Ola, our featured restaurant, Pop’s, our retro-inspired dessert shop, Jorge’s, our sushi bar, and Ocean Grill, our poolside eatery. Other Querencia restaurants are not accessible to renters.
What are the amenities at the Beach Club?

Can we use the pickleball and tennis courts?
No, with your stay at the Ocean Residences, you and your family will only have access to the amenities of our private Beach Club, which does not include the pickleball, tennis or other sports courts.
Are there classes we can take? Is there a schedule of Beach Club activities?
Yes, private lessons for activities like yoga and surfing are available for renters by request. Upon your arrival or during the reservation process, our team can assist you with scheduling these activities based on availability during your stay.

No, pets are not allowed.
