Below you have three options for exercising with us: Live on Instagram, anytime you like with our recorded classes, or if you’re a Querencia member: one-on-one with a personal instructor who creates a customized plan for you based on your needs.
Our Instagram LIVE and recorded classes include yoga and pilates, core fusion, HIIT training, stretching and meditation.
